Cancellation & Refund Policy
At IconixPixels, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and maintaining transparency with our clients. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all website development, branding, digital marketing, social media management, and related services.
Advance Payment
To initiate any project, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total project value is required.
The 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable, as it covers project planning, research, strategy development, resource allocation, and initial work undertaken by our team.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice via email.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the advance payment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If additional work has been completed beyond the value of the advance payment, the client may be liable for payment of the completed work up to the cancellation date.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and custom project work, refunds are generally not provided once a project has started.
Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed solely at the discretion of IconixPixels and only in exceptional circumstances where no substantial work has been performed.
Any approved refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
Delays & Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on timely communication and delivery of required content, approvals, credentials, and feedback from the client.
IconixPixels shall not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication from the client.
Social Media & Marketing Services
For monthly social media management, SEO, advertising, and other recurring marketing services, payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable once work for that period has commenced.
Cancellation of recurring services must be communicated before the start of the next billing cycle.
Project Completion & Approval
Upon project completion and delivery, clients are expected to review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to provide feedback or approval shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
